David C. Shachat Esq. – Associate Attorney

David has over 25 years of experience as a Civil Trial Attorney, successfully fighting for the rights of injured accident victims. He specializes in handling cases arising out of automobile accidents, premises liability, as well as other types of personal injury claims.

David graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in English from Seton Hall University in 1993 and earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law Newark in 1996. David was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1996 and the US District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1996.
